RESIDENTIAL RODENT
Residential rodent program is excellent for keeping mice and rats outside of your home instead of
inside. It is as easy as choosing a bait station that can be hidden in your landscaping or made to blend
into your landscaping. Our bait stations are locked and tamper resistant to reduce the risk to non-
targeted wildlife or pets. Once you have selected you bait station, I will install it loaded with rodenticide
bait. Then you will be placed on a maintenance program where I will come out and service the station
and re bait the station every month.
